Better.Utility.Biller is a Multiple Utilities / Single Bill Billing software. It will allow the small billing client to create a single bill for multiple utilities. For example the client may have to bill for water, sewage, electric, etc.. As long as billing is of the same type, i.e.: fixed rate or metered, a single bill may be generated for the clients customer. It keeps a complete client customer file, tracks the accounts receivable, and generates a deposit listing as well as can be interfaced to different outside software packages for reporting and information mailing, late fee letters and other spread sheet reports.
